Agappe is committed to establishing itself as a major global player in the IVD industry. Agappe started exporting its products in the year 2007 to a few countries and within a span of three years the number of countries has grown to over 35 countries in the Middle East, Far East, Asia, Africa and regions in Europe. This is a testimony of the high standards maintained by Agappe in delivering its products matching world standards in terms of quality and efficient delivery systems.

In order to serve our overseas customers better, Agappe opened its subsidiary company in the Middle East called Agappe Middle East LLC, in Dubai in 2009. This initiative was to serve our customers in the Middle East and Africa better and to save on huge freight charges which they were paying while importing consignments from India. Our Agappe Middle East LLC is situated in Dubai International City and it is now fully operational. Besides Reagents manufactured by its parent company, AMELLC also offers a host of lab equipments manufactured by Furuno of Japan and Mindray of China, Labitec of Germany and Vital, Italy.

Besides exports of our products directly, Agappe was successful in contract manufacturing of its products for highly reputed European firms which shows the confidence these overseas partners have in Agappe’s capability in delivering products and services to their satisfaction.

European Operations: To realize the full export potential and widen our reach in overseas countries on a faster pace, Agappe joined hands with MPS Packing Systems and Machinery in Switzerland and formed a 50:50 joint venture in June this year called Agappe Diagnostics Switzerland GmbH. This joint venture company will be responsible for our entire export activities in future. By this strategic initiative we intend to expand our export to over 100 countries by end of March 2010.

In addition to our other services, we also provide a number of customized services to professional distributors and associated companies in Domestic Market as well as Globally. Our highly advanced technological procedures and extensive experience enables us to support branding and product customization effortlessly. Our bulk supplies and export business is controlled by the Global Marketing Department at Agappe and through its subsidiaries in the Middle East and Europe and through a series of networking through business associates spread across Africa, the Middle East, Asia and the Far East. Technical assistance courses are held periodically to our international distributors, thus promoting efficient and independent service world wide.
